The Finance Council meets to discuss the parish and school budgets. It regularly evaluates what needs to be allocated such as major repairs, etc. and to project long-range plans for parish resources and support.

The Pastoral Council consists of about 12 parishioners willing to co-operate with the Pastor in the apostolic work of the Parish. Pastoral Councils are advisory to the Pastor and are meant to assist him. All meetings are open to any parishioner unless otherwise noted.

The council serves in an advisory capacity to the principal. One of the most important functions of the council is to develop policies that will enable the school to reach its goals. It is also accountable for the implementation of Archdiocesan policies in the parish school. Term is 3 years. The council also helps support the school and projects a positive image of its programs. The council has the responsibility to keep the parish and finance councils aware of its activities, knowledgeable on all school matters, and briefed on coming events and generally and adequately informed of all school happenings.
